According to recent reports, president Laporta called Lewa and his agent, Pini Zahavi. He asked for patience in the transfer situation. Barça and Bayern are in talks that continue to be stagnant with “some” reported progress.

Apparently, Laporta told Lewa that he is indeed their top target this summer. Barça are doing everything they can for the deal to go through. The Polish striker then made sure to emphasize that he wanted to deal to be finished before Bayern start their preseason on July 12.
According to @altobelli13 Bayern Munich are open to start negotiating for Lewa starting from €50m including variables. Therefore, Barcelona will submit a new improved offer very soon.
