Xavi Hernández, explained that the Blaugrana club is “optimistic” regarding the registrations of Marcos Alonso and Iñaki Peña for the match against Cádiz. “We are in a state of guard so that those who are missing can play this week. We are missing two available and we believe that it will be possible. They are working on it and we hope that things go well”.
Xavi indicated that the registration of Iñigo Martínez is left for next week. “The player is already training with the group and he has little left. We believe that next week he will be able to be there and he can be registered. He is a footballer who is going to bring us many things during the season and that is why we have brought him. Now we are focused on the two registrations that are missing this week because we want them to be there”.
Barça has already submitted all the documentation to La Liga since Wednesday and is awaiting a definitive response. The club has already entered the transfers of Dembélé and Kessié. Moreover, next week the money from the lever will enter. From the club it is made clear that these operations must serve to register all signings and renewals, although Balde will be registered as a first team player from September.
