Barcelona coach Xavi is getting his defence back slowly. With Araujo and Christensen out still, Hector Bellerin is close to making a comeback.
Kounde is in group training and could be fit to play in the Clasico, while Bellerin is also close to recovering.
In training on September 27, Bellerin felt some pain his his calf and a day later his injury was confirmed. He’s missed four games, and will not be ready for the Clasico either.
However, he does have a date marked in his calendar. He is aiming to play on Thursday 20, against Villarreal at Camp Nou. It could be his return date.
It will be depend on what the team and staff need but Bellerin could be ready to start on that date. The only other right back options are Sergi Roberto, and Kounde if he is back. Balde has played there on a couple of occasions out of position.
Bellerin arrived at Barca late in the window, with Marcos Alonso, missing the first few league games. He debuted against Cadiz as a starter, playing the 90 mins, and later came on against Elche.
