“We couldn’t stop him” : How Barça discovered Gavi

Gavi is the man in fashion at Barça after his stunning Spanish Super Cup final performance. At 18 he is already a key player for Xavi, and the bet for years to come.

How did Barca discover him?

Journalist Josep Capdevila explained on Twitter about the club’s first move for the boy from Los Palacios.

He says that Barcelona started looking at him at the “Benjamin mundialito” for kids in Portugal, where Betis faced Barça. Even thenGavi showed what he is capable of.
