Raphinha is once again at the centre of the market when FC Barcelona need calm. The Brazilian winger reportedly already has a huge salary offer on the table from Qatar. No decision has been made, but Barça’s environment knows the summer will be long.
The player remains important for Hansi Flick because of performance, character and competitive weight. However, the figures arriving from the Gulf again test his continuity. If he finally leaves, he would bring a very significant amount into Barça’s accounts.
An offer that changes the summer’s tone
The Qatari proposal is not presented as direct pressure on Barça, but on the player. The objective would be convincing Raphinha with a salary far above his current earnings. Those offers always force reflection, even when the initial desire is to continue.

Barça’s economic reality means any major offer must be studied very carefully. The club need salary margin, income and capacity for priority operations this summer. That means a financially powerful proposal could generate internal debate despite sporting doubts.
