Barcelona already assume they will not be able to strengthen heavily this summer without closing major sales first. A source cited by ESPN places the club’s objective at around €100 million in exits to reinvest in signings. That has put several names on the table inside Deco’s planning and the sporting department.
The players currently most clearly marked for exit are Marc Casadó and Ansu Fati. At the same time, Barça are also willing to listen to offers for Ferran Torres, Jules Koundé and Raphinha if powerful proposals arrive. In Ferran, Koundé and Raphinha’s cases, these are not forced exits, but potential major market operations.
Casadó and Ansu are the clearest names
Marc Casadó appears as one of the most likely exits because of his loss of prominence and external market. He has already been linked with interest from Saudi Arabia, the Premier League and Serie A. That makes him a useful piece to generate money without touching several dressing-room pillars.
The other very clear case is Ansu Fati, whose Barça stage now seems close to a definitive ending. Monaco have decided to keep him permanently through an €11 million purchase. The operation is already in its final stage and is one of the first exits almost on track.
Both operations would help Barça start building the financial margin they need. They may not reach the full objective alone, but they would open the door. That is why the club see them as two important first steps in the summer plan.

Ferran, Koundé and Raphinha can change everything
In the second tier, three much bigger squad names appear: Ferran Torres, Jules Koundé and Raphinha. The club are not directly placing them on the market, but they are ready to study major offers. That is the key to getting close to the €100 million Barça need.
Ferran creates doubts because of his contract situation and the risk of losing value if his future is not resolved soon. Koundé still has a strong reputation in the Premier League and could bring in a very high fee. Raphinha remains important, but could become a major sale if an extraordinary offer arrives.
These three cases are much more delicate because they affect important players in Flick’s current squad. Selling one of them would bring money, but also create a sporting hole. That is why Barça will only move if the proposal is truly difficult to reject.
Barça must sell before buying
The conclusion inside the club is quite clear: before thinking about big arrivals, exits must come first. Casadó and Ansu Fati are currently the most advanced names to leave Barça. Ferran, Koundé and Raphinha remain potential sales if the money the club needs appears.
The objective is obvious: free salary mass, bring in major income and give Flick the margin he needs. Barça want to rebuild several positions, but the market plan depends on selling well. This summer, the club’s first big signing may actually be a major sale.
